Overview
SolaFlow 365 is a smart office platform for organizations that run on documents. It stores and governs files, moves them through approval workflows, and puts AI agents on top that answer from your own content and carry out tasks when asked.
The agent layer turns a plain-language request into a plan of tool calls and waits for confirmation before anything sensitive runs. Alongside it sits SOLA DMS, a full document management system with typed metadata, versioning, OCR and search, plus no-code pipelines that route documents for approval.
SolaFlow builds and licenses the platform. Numow implements it for UAE organizations: hosting, content models, migration, workflows, single sign-on, training and support after go-live.
Capabilities
Four pieces carry the AI side of the platform: the agent, the knowledge it answers from, the channels people reach it through, and the pipelines that move documents along.
SOLA Agent
Describe the outcome in plain language. SOLA Agent breaks it into calls against its built-in tool library, orchestrates the actions across the platform and stops for your go-ahead before a sensitive step runs.
Knowledge base + RAG
Load documents, web URLs and FAQs into the knowledge base. Agents retrieve from it and cite the source documents behind each answer, so people can check before they act.
Channels
A built-in web chat and a WhatsApp number put the agent in front of staff and customers. A REST API opens documents, folders and search to your own systems.
Smart Automation
Drag-and-drop pipelines classify, extract, route and approve documents, and can start on their own when a given content type is uploaded. Approvals run in sequence, in parallel or on conditions.
Other builder nodes include Condition and Move/Copy, so a run can branch on a value or file the result where it belongs.
The document platform
The same platform carries a full document management system, document AI, business records and enterprise identity.
A structured repository with the controls records teams expect, so every file has a home, an owner and a history.

How Numow delivers it
The order Numow follows for a SolaFlow 365 rollout. We lead each step with your team, and the content model set up first is what everything after it depends on.
Phase one · Foundation
A SolaFlow-hosted SaaS tenant, which we arrange with SolaFlow, or a self-hosted Docker stack we deploy on your own servers when documents have to stay in-house.
Set up cabinets and folders, define content types with metadata fields and validation, connect Keycloak SSO and assign folder permissions.
Bring documents in by bulk or folder upload, or migrate them with their metadata from shared drives or your current repository. OCR, classification and field extraction turn them into searchable records.
Phase two · Automation and agents
Build pipelines in the visual builder and link them to content types, so the right workflow starts the moment a document is uploaded.
Fill the knowledge base with documents, URLs and FAQs, then configure SOLA Agent, or agents you build yourself, to answer with citations and act through the built-in tools.
Open the agent in web chat or on WhatsApp, connect your own systems to documents, folders and search through the REST API, and follow the work on Operations Hub dashboards and scheduled reports.
After go-live
Role-based sessions for administrators, workflow owners and everyday users, so the platform is adopted rather than tolerated.
User administration, configuration changes and first-line support, plus monitoring and updates on self-hosted deployments, under one accountable team.
Vertical · SOLA ITSM
SolaFlow's service management vertical for teams that take requests and owe a response time. It is built with IT in mind and usable by HR, facilities or any shared-service desk.
Numow can configure it as part of a SolaFlow 365 rollout: SLA definitions and escalation, Keycloak roles, email-to-ticket and the knowledge articles your agents and end users rely on.
